Swim Gym: Dive into Fitness Fun at Terwillegar & Kinsmen!

The Swim Gym program includes swimming and diving lessons, acrobatics and gymnastics instruction as well as other fitness through fun activities.

We offer Swim Gym at the Terwillegar Recreational Centre as well as the Kinsmen Sports Centre.

Spring 2025 Registration Information:

We are now accepting registrations for our Spring session that starts Friday April 4th at Kinsmen and Monday February 7th at Terwillegar. Detailed information on dates and times can be found on our registration form.

Please note for Kinsmen registration: The dive tank at Kinsmen will be under maintenance until the end of April 2025 so the cost will be different than on the form due to the closure. The registration fee at Kinsmen for the 9 week program is $295, and the 10 week program is $355.

Year-Round Swim Gym Sessions Available!

Swim Gym sessions start every three months throughout the year.

Swimming and Diving Lessons
Gymnastics, Acrobatics, and Tumbling Lessons
Spring, Fall, and Winter sessions run for 9 or 10 weeks.
One week summer camps run Monday-Friday all summer.

We are pleased to share that The Sport For Every Child Club has been selected by @CTJumpstart to receive a grant from their Sport Relief Fund. The fund helps community sport organizations like ours continue to provide access to sport and play for Canadian kids. This grant will go a long way towards helping us to continue to provide our Swim Gym sport programs for children during these different times. #SportReliefFund
